Potomac Valley Officials Association (PVOA) has proudly served Loudoun County since 1978. Established to meet the need for a professional sports officials organization, PVOA has supported youth and adult athletics across the region for more than 45 years.

We partner with local leagues and organizations to provide trained, qualified basketball and softball officials who promote fairness, sportsmanship, and a positive competitive experience for every athlete. Our officials are committed to upholding the integrity of the game and maintaining a safe and professional environment for players, coaches, and families.

PVOA is led by a Board of Directors that oversees the direction and operations of the association. We invest in training and professional development to maintain high standards both on and off the court and field. Our goal is to deliver reliable, consistent officiating services to the Loudoun County sports community.

We are always looking to add new officials to our team. Whether you are experienced or just getting started, PVOA provides training, support, and development opportunities to help you succeed.
